Who are we ?    

Café Kaldi hand-crafted roasting of fine coffees from Ethiopia and around the world, 100% Arabica, selected for their taste qualities in a quality approach and respecting the environment and producers.

Our ambition is to make people to discover the richness and diversity of the coffees produced in the world, by enhancing the terroirs with the consumers.

We pay special attention to all stages of coffee preparation, from planting to cuping:

- Only the best berries, when mature, are picked by hand;

- Green coffees are then roasted on site several times a week, depending on demand, to guarantee their freshness and preserve their aroma;

- The roasting artisan adapts the roasting to each coffee to reveal all its character and its aromatic potential;

- We advise you on the extraction methods adapted to each coffee to reveal their aromatic and taste qualities.

Café Kaldi is also a space for tasting, meeting and discovery.
